What areas do you service?

Kev to u is mobile and currently services the Sunshine Coast from Maroochydore down through to Beerwah. Travel further afield may be considered upon request in the future.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No, there are no call-out fees. You only pay for the work done, whether that is a fixed-fee service or our hourly rate.

What happens if you cannot fix my computer issue?

We operate on a strict 'no fix, no fee' policy. If we are unable to resolve or diagnose your tech problem, you won't be charged for the repair attempt.

How does your pricing work?

We provide transparent pricing: fixed fees for data transfers (PC and mobile devices) and custom gaming PC builds; and simple hourly rates for Wi-Fi mesh/router setups, PC upgrades, system optimisation, and personal tech tutorials.

What should I prepare before your visit?

Having your relevant usernames and passwords handy is the most helpful step. Having these ready prevents delays and helps keep your billable time as low as possible.

What happens during a data transfer?

We carefully migrate your documents, photos, browser bookmarks, and settings from your old PC or mobile device to your new one, ensuring nothing important gets left behind while keeping your personal data secure.

What if the same problem happens again?

We stand by our work. If the identical issue returns shortly after our visit, we will review the situation promptly and make it right.

How long will my repair or setup take?

Many common issues, Wi-Fi mesh setups, and tune-ups are completed within 1 to 2 hours. Comprehensive data transfers or extensive hardware upgrades may take longer, but we will always give you an honest timeframe upfront.
